Return & Refund Policy
At Your Digital Doodads, I want you to feel great about your purchase—whether it’s a digital download, a printed journal, or a remote work accessory. Here’s how I handle returns and refunds for each type of product:
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-returnable once the files have been accessed. However, if you experience any technical issues or you’re not satisfied with your digital product, please reach out to Jenny at jenny@yourdigitaldoodads.com within 14 days of purchase. I’ll review each situation personally and, in special cases, may offer a refund.
Printed Journals (Print-on-Demand)
Printed journals are made to order and fulfilled by Printify. If your journal arrives with printing errors, damage, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at jenny@yourdigitaldoodads.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. I’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or a refund. Returns for reasons other than defects or errors are not accepted, as these products are custom printed for you.
Remote Work Accessory (RV Tabletop)
If your RV tabletop arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at jenny@yourdigitaldoodads.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund. If you have a different concern about your tabletop, please reach out to discuss your situation—I’ll do my best to help and will consider returns or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
General Notes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund once finalized.
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
